Ingredients
Tomatoes – 3 medium size, chopped
Garlic Cloves – 3, chopped fine
Onion – 1 small, chopped fine
Green Chilli – 1, chopped fine
Coriander Leaves – a small bunch, chopped fine
Lemon Juice – adjust as per taste
Cumin Powder – ¼ tsp
Salt and Pepper as per taste
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together tomatoes, garlic, onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.
- Add cumin powder and lemon juice, salt and pepper as per taste and mix well.
- Serve on baguette, with nachos, chips or tacos.
