An irresistible flavour of ice cream!

Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese – 180 gms, soft at room temperature

  • Cream – 250 ml, chilled

  • Condensed Milk – 200 gms, chilled

  • Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp

  • Strawberry Preserve / Jam / Compote – 1/4 cup, mixed well

  • Powdered Biscuit – 1/4 cup

Directions

  • Whip the cream cheese till soft. Add cream to it and whip again.
  • Next add condensed milk and vanilla essence and whip till everything is well combined.
  • Add half of the strawberry preserve and half of the powdered biscuits to the ice cream mix and mix well.
  • Transfer this to an ice-cream dish and add the remaining strawberry preserve and powdered biscuits and swirl it all well.
  • Cover and freeze for 6 hours atleast till well set.
