A visual and a mouth-watering treat!


  • Butter – 100 gms, soft and at room temperature

  • Castor Sugar – 1/2 cup

  • Brown Sugar – 1/2 cup

  • Egg – 1

  • Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp

  • All-Purpose Flour – 1.25 cups

  • Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Salt – 1/8 tsp

  • White Chocolate Chips – 1/4 cup

  • Dried Cranberries – 1/4 cup


  • Preheat the oven at 180C for 10-15 min.
  • Whisk the butter till soft. Add the castor sugar and brown sugar to this and whisk it till creamy.
  • Add egg and vanilla essence to this and whisk well.
  • Add the all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, white chocolate chips and dried cranberries to this and mix well. Refrigerate the cookie dough for atleast an hour.
  • Scoop out small portions and line them on a baking tray. Bake these cookies at 180C for about 12-13 min till they look firm.
  • If you need crunchier cookies, you can bake them for another 2-3 min. Let them cool down before removing them from the tray.
