It features juicy ripe tomatoes, flavorful chilies, terrifically pungent onions, and refreshing coriander leaves

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes – 3 medium size, chopped

  • Garlic Cloves – 3, chopped fine

  • Onion – 1 small, chopped fine

  • Green Chilli – 1, chopped fine

  • Coriander Leaves – a small bunch, chopped fine

  • Lemon Juice – adjust as per taste

  • Cumin Powder – ¼ tsp

  • Salt and Pepper as per taste

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix together tomatoes, garlic, onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.
  • Add cumin powder and lemon juice, salt and pepper as per taste and mix well.
  • Serve on baguette, with nachos, chips or tacos.
