Ingredients
- For the filling
Oil – 1-2 tsp
Ginger – 1/4-inch piece
Garlic – 3-4 cloves, finely chopped
Onion – 1 medium, chopped
Carrot – 1 medium, grated
Cabbage – a small piece, shredded
Salt – as per taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Amchur Powder – 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp
- For wrapper
All-purpose Flour – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/4-1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Milk – 1/4 cup
Water – as need to make batter
- Other ingredients
Grated Mozarella Cheese
Flour – 2 tbsp
Water – to make a slurry

Directions
- Add oil in a kadai and once it heats up, add ginger and garlic and saute till fragrant. Add onion to it and fry till it starts changing color.
- Add the grated carrot and cabbage and saute it on high flame for a couple of minutes.
- Add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, amchur powder and tomato ketchup to this and mix well. Turn off the heat and keep the filling aside.
- Mix together flour, sugar, salt, oil, milk and enough water to make it into a thin crepe batter consistency.
- Heat a pan and spread the crepe batter thin and cook on one side. Remove from heat and keep it aside. Make the remaining crepes.
- On each crepe, place some grated cheese in the centre and then the filling on top of it. Add some more grated cheese on top.
- Fold it into a square shaped packet. Make a slurry with flour and water and use it to seal the packets.
- Heat oil in a pan and pan fry the vegetable wraps till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with ketchup or chutney.
