Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread is more than just a delicious appetizer or side dish – it’s a culinary experience that brings people together


  • Melted Butter – ½ cup

  • Garlic Cloves – 3, crushed/minced

  • Salt – as per taste

  • Fresh/Dried Parsley – ½ tsp

  • Baguette/Sourdough/Burger Buns

  • Mozzarella Cheese – 1 cup, grated


  • Into the melted butter, add crushed garlic, salt and parsley and mix well.
  • Make diagonal cuts into the bread of your choice, taking care not to cut it through. Apply the melted garlic butter into the cuts and then fill it with some mozzarella cheese.
  • Brush more garlic butter on the top and wrap the bread in aluminum foil.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven at 180C for 10 min. Uncover and bake it again for another 2-3 min.
  • Brush some melted butter on top as soon as you take it out of the oven. Serve hot.
