These delicious Pizza Pav Sliders will surely be a hit with your loved ones!


  • Oil

  • Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped

  • Capsicum – 1 medium, finely chopped

  • Sweet Corn – 1/2 cup, boiled

  • Salt and Pepper as per taste

  • Italian Seasoning – 1/2 tsp

  • Pav Bun – pack of 6

  • Pizza Sauce – 1/2 cup

  • Cheese Slices

  • Grated Mozarella Cheese

  • Italian Seasoning

  • Chilli Flakes

  • Topping
  • Melted Butter – ½ cup

  • Garlic Cloves – 3, crushed/minced

  • Salt – as per taste

  • Fresh/Dried Parsley – ½ tsp


  • Heat some oil in a pan and add the onion, capsicum to it along with some salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
  • Once the vegetables are cooked through and soft, add the boiled sweet corn to it, mix well and cook for another couple of minutes. Turn off the heat and keep it aside.
  • Slice a pack of pav bun horizontally. Onto the bottom part, apply pizza sauce and then arrange the cheese slices on top.
  • Evenly spread the cooked vegetables on top of this and then add some mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning and chilli flakes on top and place the top portion of the pav on top of it.
  • For the garlic butter topping, into the melted butter, add crushed garlic, salt and fresh/dried parsley and mix well. Brush this garlic butter on the pav generously.
  • Cover this fully in aluminium foil. Bake this at 180C for 10-12 min till the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
