A savoury snack that will surely tantalize your taste buds

Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese – 200 gms

  • Garlic Powder – 1 tsp

  • Fresh/Dried Parsley – 1 tsp

  • Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp

  • Salt and Pepper as per taste

  • Puff Pastry Sheet – 1 roll (320 gms)

  • Chicken Salami – 20-24 pieces

  • Grated/Diced Mozarella Cheese for filling

  • Egg

  • Parsley for topping

Directions

  • Mix together cream cheese, garlic powder, parsley, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
  • Unroll the puff pastry sheet. Spread the cream cheese mix on it evenly. Place salami slices on top of this and sprinkle mozarella cheese all over.
  • Roll the puff pastry sheet and cut it into about 1-2 inch thick pieces.
  • Whisk an egg and keep it aside.
  • Arrange puff pastry rolls on a lined baking tray and brush with some beaten egg. Sprinkle some parsley on top and bake at 200C for about 12-15 min till golden-brown.
  • Serve with any dip of your choice.
