An easy summer time fun recipe!
Raw Mango (deskinned and chopped) – 1
Mint Leaves – ¼ cup
Sugar – 2.5-3 tbsp
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Water – as needed
- Add the chopped raw mangoes, mint leaves, sugar, cumin powder and salt along with some water to the blender jar and blend well.
- Sieve the mix into a bowl and add some more water as needed to adjust the taste.
- Transfer the mix into popsicle moulds and freeze for 6-8 hours till well set. Unmould and serve.
