Puff Pastry Straws

Ingredients

  • Chilli Powder – 1 tsp

  • Chaat Masala – 1 tsp

  • Amchur Powder – 1 tsp

  • Salt – 1/2 tsp

  • Gulabs Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Puff Pastry Sheet – 1

Directions

  • Mix together chilli powder, chaat masala, amchur powder, salt and garam masala powder.
  • Spread it on half the pastry sheet.
  • Fold the other half over it and press the edge gently. Can also roll it a little thin.
  • Cut into strips (perpendicular to the folded edge) and twist a few times.
  • Transfer to a lined baking tray.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 210 C for 10-12 till golden brown.
  • Store in an airtight container once cool.
