Chocolate And Banana Frozen Yoghurt Bark

Ingredients

  • Greek Yoghurt – 1.5 cups

  • Honey – ¼ cup

  • Cocoa Powder – ¼ cup

  • Banana – 1, sliced

  • Chopped Nuts of choice

Directions

  • Into a bowl, add the yoghurt, honey and cocoa powder and mix well.
  • To this, add half the sliced bananas and some of the nuts and mix well.
  • Transfer this to a lined tray and spread it evenly. Top it with the remaining sliced bananas and chopped nuts and freeze for a couple of hours till well set.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.
  • These yoghurt barks can stay for months in the freezer.
