This Herbal Tea recipe is an easy one to make and uses Fennel Seeds, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger, Mint Leaves, Jaggery Powder for sweetening and some Lemon Juice.

Ingredients
Herbal Tea
Water – 2 cups
Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
Cardamom – 2
Cinnamon – 1/2-inch stick
Ginger – 1/2-inch piece
Mint Leaves – a few
Jaggery Powder – 1 tsp (optional)
Lemon Juice – from half a lemon
Directions
- Crush together the fennel seeds, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger. Add this to boiling water along with mint leaves.
- Once the spices steep in the water well and the water reduces a little, turn off the heat.
- Add jaggery powder and lemon juice.
- Strain to a glass and have it hot.
