The perfect and healthy start to your day!

Ingredients

  • Spinach Leaves – 2 cups, roughly chopped

  • Banana – 2, deskinned and sliced

  • Kiwi – 2, deskinned and sliced

  • Dates – 3-4, deseeded and chopped

  • Salt – a pinch

  • Turmeric Powder – a pinch

  • Ice – a few cubes

  • Water – add only if needed

  • Sliced banana and chia seeds for topping

Directions

  • Add the spinach leaves, banana, kiwi, dates, salt, turmeric and ice into a blender jar and blend it till thick. Add water only if needed.
  • Transfer this to a smoothie bowl.
  • Top with sliced bananas and sprinkle some chia seeds and serve
