And when I say triple chocolate ice cream, you can easily guess – this one is just loaded with chocolate. It has three different types of chocolate used in it.

Decadent and rice triple chocolate ice cream is surely gonna bring a smile on your face!


  • Heavy Whipping Cream – 1 cup, refrigerated

  • Condensed Milk – 3-4 tbsp

  • Cocoa Powder – ¼ cup

  • Dark Compound Chocolate – 250 gms, melted

  • Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp

  • Salt – 1/8 tsp

  • Chocolate Chips – ¼ cup

  • Salt Crystals – for sprinkling on top (optional)


  • Whip the heavy cream till it is almost double in quantity and light. To this, add the cocoa powder and condensed milk and whip again.
  • Add the melted dark chocolate, vanilla essence, salt and half the chocolate chips to this and whip well. Transfer this to a dish for setting.
  • Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and some salt crystals (if using) on top and cover it with a cling wrap. Freeze this for 12-15 hours till it sets well.
  • Once set, scoop out the desired quantity and serve.
