Decadent and rice triple chocolate ice cream is surely gonna bring a smile on your face!
Heavy Whipping Cream – 1 cup, refrigerated
Condensed Milk – 3-4 tbsp
Cocoa Powder – ¼ cup
Dark Compound Chocolate – 250 gms, melted
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/8 tsp
Chocolate Chips – ¼ cup
Salt Crystals – for sprinkling on top (optional)
- Whip the heavy cream till it is almost double in quantity and light. To this, add the cocoa powder and condensed milk and whip again.
- Add the melted dark chocolate, vanilla essence, salt and half the chocolate chips to this and whip well. Transfer this to a dish for setting.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and some salt crystals (if using) on top and cover it with a cling wrap. Freeze this for 12-15 hours till it sets well.
- Once set, scoop out the desired quantity and serve.
