Chicken doughnuts are a unique fusion of savory ingredients and the classic doughnut shape. The recipe begins with boneless chicken pieces, which are combined with aromatic spices like garlic, ginger, onion, and green chili, along with flavorful additions such as soy sauce and red chili sauce. This mixture is then blended to a fine consistency, creating a flavorful base for the doughnuts. The doughnut-shaped chicken patties are then chilled in the freezer, allowing them to firm up and hold their shape during frying. They are then ready to be crumb coated and deep fried!
