Ingredients
Fresh Strawberry – 200 gms
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Chilled Whipping Cream – 1/2 cup
Fresh Strawberries for topping
Directions
- Clean and chop the strawberries. For cleaning strawberries, you can leave them for 10 min in water with some baking soda added. Rinse them in fresh water and pat dry before chopping.
- Add this along with sugar to the blender jar and puree it. Keep aside a little of the puree.
- Into a bowl, add the chilled whipping cream and whip till stiff peaks.
- Fold in the strawberry puree till its evenly mixed.
- Add a little of the reserved strawberry puree to the bottom of the serving glasses/bowls.
- Spoon or pipe the mousse mix on top. And garnish with a whole strawberry and serve.
