Ingredients
Spinach – 150 gms, blanched
Garlic – 3-4 cloves
Green Chilli – 1
Whole Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Salt – as per taste
Water – to make into a flowy batter
Oil – if needed to apply on pan
Directions
- Into the blender jar, add spinach leaves, garlic and green chilli and blend well.
- Into a mixing bowl, add the whole wheat flour, salt and the blended spinach puree along with some water and mix well to make a flowy batter.
- Onto a non-stick pan, brush some oil and spread the batter evenly. Let it cook on one side and then flip over.
- Once both sides are cooked, press gently and cook so that the paratha fluffs up on the pan.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
