Smoothie bowls are always a welcome change from the regular breakfast options we end up with at home. And if I get hold of blueberries, then a blueberry smoothie is definitely on my list. What I love about smoothie bowls is that we can customize it based on whatever we have available with us. They are colorful and absolutely healthy too.
This blueberry smoothie bowl can be made with just a handful of ingredients. If you use ripe and sweet bananas, then you can completely skip adding any sweetener to it. As you take your first spoonful, the delightful combination of flavors dances on your palate, leaving you craving for more.
To add a touch of indulgence, we sprinkle a handful of crunchy granola, chia seeds and toasted coconut flakes on top. These delectable toppings not only provide a delightful contrast of textures but also offer a dose of fiber, protein and essential nutrients.
