Smoothie bowls are a great breakfast as well as an in-between meal option. They are healthy and usually made without any added refined sugar. Pulpy fruits like banana are a great way to add sweetness as well as some thickness to smoothies.
You can make smoothie bowls in any flavour of your choice. This Chocolate Banana Smoothie Bowl is one of the classic favourites and you really can’t go wrong with this. I always like to add some nuts and seeds in my smoothie – both while blending it as well as a garnish. Adds flavours as well as makes it more nutritious.
I have many smoothie recipes that I have already posted – each unique as far as the flavours go – like a green smoothie, mango almond smoothie, apple pie smoothie to name a few. Check out these recipes here.
