If your kids love pizzas and will happily eat all the vegetables if it is hidden under that cheese layer in a pizza, then this Bread Pizza recipe is a keeper. It is one of the easiest pizzas you can make – it is basically an instant pizza I would say. A bread slice is used as the pizza base and then you top it up with everything you love in a pizza. You can easily make this on stove top, so do not have to worry about baking it either.

This makes for a great evening snack for the kids as well. And sometimes when they are really looking forward to an interesting lunch option in their tiffin box, you can surprise them with these bread pizza slices. You can make a batch of my homemade pizza sauce and keep it refrigerated to make this quick meal. This pizza comes together in less than 10 min once you have all the toppings prepared.

The recipe I have shared is a vegetarian version. You can use any toppings of your choice – just ensure that whatever topping you are using can be consumed without further cooking. And in case you do have pizza sauce and do not have the time to make it, you can always replace it with some tomato ketchup too!
