This Sweet Corn Chaat is an easy snack recipe that gets done quickly. So, perfect for days when you are actually short of time. It is fuss-free, easy to make and requires absolutely no special skills. Boiled sweet corn is mixed with veggies, boiled peanuts and chutneys and tossed with spices. A lip smacking, delicious chaat which is too good to miss.

You can also enjoy this as a salad. It is also a healthy snack or starter when you have guests.

Ingredients

  • Boiled Corn – 3/4 cup

  • Boiled Green Peas – 1/2 cup

  • Roasted Peanuts – 1/4 cup

  • Onion – 1 small, finely chopped

  • Tomato – 1 small, finely chopped

  • Green Chilli – 1, finely chopped

  • Red Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp

  • Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp

  • Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp

  • Amchur Powder – 1/4 tsp

  • Salt – 1/2 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp

  • Powdered Sugar – 1/4 tsp

  • Lemon Juice – from half a lemon

  • Chopped Coriander Leaves

Directions

  • Boil coil kernels with some salt. Boil the green peas also with some salt.
  • Into a bowl, add the boiled corn, green peas, roasted peanuts, onion, tomato, green chilli, red chilli flakes, cumin powder, chaat masala, amchur powder, salt, pepper powder, powdered sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Finally, add some coriander leaves and toss it well. Serve and enjoy!
