It is fuss-free, easy to make and requires absolutely no special skills. Boiled sweet corn is mixed with veggies, boiled peanuts and chutneys and tossed with spices. A lip smacking, delicious chaat which is too good to miss.
You can also enjoy this as a salad. It is also a healthy snack or starter when you have guests.

Ingredients
Boiled Corn – 3/4 cup
Boiled Green Peas – 1/2 cup
Roasted Peanuts – 1/4 cup
Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
Tomato – 1 small, finely chopped
Green Chilli – 1, finely chopped
Red Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Amchur Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Powdered Sugar – 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice – from half a lemon
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Directions
- Boil coil kernels with some salt. Boil the green peas also with some salt.
- Into a bowl, add the boiled corn, green peas, roasted peanuts, onion, tomato, green chilli, red chilli flakes, cumin powder, chaat masala, amchur powder, salt, pepper powder, powdered sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
- Finally, add some coriander leaves and toss it well. Serve and enjoy!
