Ghee – 1-2 tbsp
Condensed Milk – 200 gms
Milk Powder – 1 cup
Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Chopped pistachios and almonds for garnish
Directions
- In a heavy bottom pan, mix together ghee, condensed milk, milk powder and fresh cream. Heat this on medium flame while continuously stirring till the mixture thickens. Add the cardamom powder and some more ghee and cook till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- Transfer it to a plate and let it cool down a little. Roll it into desired shape.
- Garnish with some chopped pistachios and almonds and store in an airtight container.
