Ingredients
Full Cream Milk – 3 cups
Sugar – 4-5 tbsp
Paneer – 100 gms, crumbled/grated
Cardamom Powder – 1/8 tsp
Chopped Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios – 2-3 tbsp
Directions
- Bring milk to a boil in a thick bottomed vessel. Let it boil for a couple of minutes till it starts thickening a little.
- Once the milk starts thickening, add the sugar and crumbled paneer and mix it well. Continue boiling this for 4-5 min till the paneer cooks properly.
- Add cardamom powder and some of the chopped nuts and mix well. Garnish the kheer with the remaining chopped nuts at the time of serving.
