Paneer Kheer is one of the quickest and easiest, milk based creamy dessert recipe that you can prepare in less than half an hour.

Ingredients

  • Full Cream Milk – 3 cups

  • Sugar – 4-5 tbsp

  • Paneer – 100 gms, crumbled/grated

  • Cardamom Powder – 1/8 tsp

  • Chopped Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios – 2-3 tbsp

Directions

  • Bring milk to a boil in a thick bottomed vessel. Let it boil for a couple of minutes till it starts thickening a little.
  • Once the milk starts thickening, add the sugar and crumbled paneer and mix it well. Continue boiling this for 4-5 min till the paneer cooks properly.
  • Add cardamom powder and some of the chopped nuts and mix well. Garnish the kheer with the remaining chopped nuts at the time of serving.
