I’ve been making yogurt bark for a loooong time and I love it thiiiis much. Every time I walk past the fridge, I open up the freezer, grab a square (more like 4 squares) and go. That’s my dessert, that’s my snack, that’s my mid-day satisfaction. And to be honest – not just for me, but for the kids as well. Especially during summer time!
This recipe is super simple to make – it’s the perfect recipe to involve your kids in. This frozen yogurt bark is the perfect refreshing snack. It’s so easy to whip up, healthy and packed with protein. You’ll want a batch in your freezer at all times. You can add any yoghurt flavour that you like to this and then top it up with fruits, berries, nuts and seeds to make it even more nutritious and healthy!

Ingredients
Mango Flavoured Greek Yoghurt – ½ cup
Mango Puree/Crush – 1 tbsp (optional)
Honey – 2 tsp (optional)
Strawberry/Blueberry Flavoured Greek Yoghurt – ½ cup
Honey – 2 tsp (optional)
Plain Greek Yoghurt – ½ cup
Honey – 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence – ½ tsp
- For Topping
Fresh/Frozen Berries
Chopped Almonds/Pistachios
Seed Mix (Pumpkin/Melon/Sunflower etc)
Chia Seeds
Directions
- Mix together the mango yoghurt, mango puree/crush (if using) and honey. In another bowl, mix together the berry yoghurt and honey.
- In a third bowl, mix together the plain yoghurt, honey and vanilla essence and keep it aside.
- Line an 8-inch square tin with parchment paper. Add dollops of the three yoghurt mixes in it and then using a spoon or skewer, mix it to create some swirls.
- Gently press in the desired toppings and freeze it for a couple of hours till it is set.
- Break it or cut it into pieces and have it frozen.
