If you haven’t tried baked oats yet, well, let me introduce them to you. I like to think of baked oats as socially acceptable, healthier ‘cake’ that I can eat for breakfast. These Eggless Nutella Chocolate Baked Oats are super chocolatey and gooey in the middle, yet healthy enough to eat for breakfast or as a late-night snack!
You can always make baked oats earlier and then just re-heat them when you wish to have them. You can prepare them in less than 30 min so they make for a great breakfast option when you do not have the time for something elaborate.
What I also love about baked oats is that they are a healthy tiffin box snack option too. When you say chocolate and nutella, it definitely becomes a favourite with kids too. And you can always try out other flavour options too. If you love carrot cake, then do check out this Carrot Cake Baked Oats recipe too..
