Ingredients

  • Basil Leaves – 8-10

  • Lemon Wedges – 6 pieces

  • Simple Syrup – ¼ cup

  • Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp

  • Ice Cubes

  • Sprite/Soda – 1.5 cups

Directions

  • Make simple syrup using ¼ cup of water and ¼ cup of sugar. In a glass, add a few basil leaves and 3 pieces of lemon wedges and muddle them together.
  • Then add 2 tbsp of simple syrup, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and a few ice cubes. Top it up with soda or sprite.
  • Repeat the same process for another glass of this refreshing basil lemonade mocktail.
