Basil Leaves – 8-10
Lemon Wedges – 6 pieces
Simple Syrup – ¼ cup
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Ice Cubes
Sprite/Soda – 1.5 cups
Directions
- Make simple syrup using ¼ cup of water and ¼ cup of sugar. In a glass, add a few basil leaves and 3 pieces of lemon wedges and muddle them together.
- Then add 2 tbsp of simple syrup, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and a few ice cubes. Top it up with soda or sprite.
- Repeat the same process for another glass of this refreshing basil lemonade mocktail.
