If you have milk in your fridge and some cocoa powder and chocolate in your baking cupboard, you can make and be sipping a creamy, fabulous cup of hot cocoa in about 5 minutes.

minutesHomemade Hot Chocolate: A sweet, creamy heavenly cup of goodness!
Ingredients
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – 2 tbsp
Instant Coffee Powder – ½ tsp
Granulated Sugar – 2 tsp
Milk – 2 cups
Dark Chocolate Chunks – ½ cup
Vanilla Essence – ½ tsp
Marshmallows, Chocolate Sauce, Chocolate Shavings for topping
Directions
- Mix together the cocoa powder and sugar and slowly add the milk, whisking it continuously.
- Heat this on a low to medium heat till the milk just starts to boil.
- Turn off the heat and add the dark chocolate chunks and vanilla essence and whisk well till the chocolate melts.
- Serve hot, topped with marshmallows, chocolate sauce or chocolate shavings.
