Virgin kiwi Mojito, a cooler so refreshing you’ll forget the heat.

Ingredients

  • Kiwi – 2, deskinned and cubed

  • Lemon Juice – from half a lemon

  • Mint Leaves – a few

  • Powdered/Castor Sugar – 2 tbsp

  • Ice Cubes – a few

  • Sprite/Soda – 2 cups

Directions

  • Use the blender jar or a stick blender to blend together kiwi, lemon juice, mint leaves and sugar.
  • Into a glass, add some ice and add some of the prepared kiwi mix.
  • Top it up with soda or sprite and garnish with kiwi and lemon slices and some mint leaves.
