Ingredients
Kiwi – 2, deskinned and cubed
Lemon Juice – from half a lemon
Mint Leaves – a few
Powdered/Castor Sugar – 2 tbsp
Ice Cubes – a few
Sprite/Soda – 2 cups
Directions
- Use the blender jar or a stick blender to blend together kiwi, lemon juice, mint leaves and sugar.
- Into a glass, add some ice and add some of the prepared kiwi mix.
- Top it up with soda or sprite and garnish with kiwi and lemon slices and some mint leaves.
