White Sangria – a twist to the classic and replace the wine with a fruit juice to get a non-alcoholic version. If you are trying this recipe for your next party, then I suggest you make this non-alcoholic version along with the alcoholic version too. Replace the fruit juice with white wine and you have your White Sangria Cocktail ready. This is a great option when you want to have something loaded with fruit flavours.
The choice of fruits used when making a sangria is purely personal. Use whatever you have available with you and what you love, but just make sure to keep it colorful. You should have something citrusy as well as something fruity in this. Apples, pears, oranges, lemon, pomegranate, berries – you do have a wide variety of choice. I would avoid pulpy fruits and instead go for crisp one which won’t disintegrate when left in the juice or wine for a while.
One of the remarkable qualities of this mocktail/cocktail is its versatility. It’s not bound by strict rules or a rigid recipe. Feel free to personalize it according to your preferences and the fruits that are in season. The true beauty lies in the simplicity of the ingredients!
