Ingredients
Egg – 1
Sugar – ½ cup
Oil – ¼ cup
Milk – ¼ cup
Orange Juice – ¼ cup
Orange Zest – from one orange
All Purpose Flour – ¾ cup
Cocoa Powder – ¼ cup
Baking Soda – ½ tsp
Baking Powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – 1/8 tsp
Directions
- Whisk together egg and sugar. Add oil and milk to this and whisk well again.
- Next, add the orange juice and orange zest and whisk again.
- Sieve in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt to this and fold it in together.
- Transfer the batter to a lined muffin tray and bake the cupcakes at 180C for 18-20 min till done.
- Let it cool completely before un-moulding.
