Paneer is such a versatile ingredient and has found it’s way into so many dishes. For almost all non-veg favourite dishes, we will have a paneer counterpart for the vegetarians. This Chilli Garlic Paneer is no different. Since paneer cooks pretty fast, this dish comes together really quick and easy. This dish combines the rich, creamy texture of paneer with the fiery kick of red chili, chilli saice and the finely chopped garlic.
This Chilli Garlic Paneer is truly a flavour bomb. What I love about this is that you do not need to marinate or dry the paneer separately. Once the masala is ready, add the paneer pieces to it, and let it be fully coated with the masalas. It starts to caramelize due to the added sugar and that helps the flavours to stick to the paneer too. And in a matter of minutes, you have a yummy dish ready.
Serve this as a starter or as a side dish – everyone will totally enjoy this.
