Ingredients
Butter – 100 gms, soft and at room temperature
Castor Sugar – 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar – 1/2 cup
Egg – 1
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
All-Purpose Flour – 1.25 cups
Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/8 tsp
White Chocolate Chips – 1/4 cup
Dried Cranberries – 1/4 cup
Directions
- Preheat the oven at 180C for 10-15 min.
- Whisk the butter till soft. Add the castor sugar and brown sugar to this and whisk it till creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla essence to this and whisk well.
- Add the all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, white chocolate chips and dried cranberries to this and mix well. Refrigerate the cookie dough for atleast an hour.
- Scoop out small portions and line them on a baking tray. Bake these cookies at 180C for about 12-13 min till they look firm.
- If you need crunchier cookies, you can bake them for another 2-3 min. Let them cool down before removing them from the tray.
