Air Fried Crispy Corn Chaat

Air Fried Crispy Corn Chaat

Crispy corn is indeed a popular item on the menu of Barbeque Nation, and it’s no surprise why it’s such a hit among diners. This dish features tender corn kernels that are coated with a crispy, flavorful batter and then deep-fried to golden perfection. What makes Barbeque Nation’s crispy corn stand out is its unique blend of spices and seasonings. The corn is typically tossed in a mixture of tangy chaat masala, spicy red chili powder, zesty lemon juice, and fragrant herbs like coriander. This combination creates a burst of flavors that tickles the taste buds and leaves you craving for more. I have tried a healthier version of this by air-frying the corn kernels instead of deep frying them.

Air-Fried Crispy Corn is made by coating the boiled corn kernels with a blend of sauces and spices and coating them in a dry flour mix and dusting them well. At this stage you can either deep fry or air fry them. And once they are golden-brown and crunchy, add in your favourite seasonings, chopped vegetables and herbs and serve them before they turn soggy!
