A healthy juice to kick start your day!

Ingredients

  • Apple – 1 cup, dekinned and chopped

  • Beetroot – ½ cup, dekinned and chopped

  • Carrot – ½ cup, dekinned and chopped

  • Ginger – ½-inch piece, roughly chopped

  • Water – 1-1.5 cups

  • Lemon Juice – from ½ a lemon

  • Salt as per taste

Directions

  • Add chopped apple, beetroot, carrot, ginger and about ½ a cup of water to the blender jar. Blend this well.
  • Strain the juice and add lemon juice and salt as per taste and mix well.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
