Ginger Hot Toddy

Ingredients
Ginger – 1-inch piece, crushed
Lemon – a few slices
Hot Water – 2 cups
Rum / Brandy – 60 ml
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Honey – as per taste
Directions
- Into a glass/jar, add crushed ginger and lemon slices.
- Pour hot water on top of this and let it steep for 8-10 min.
- Into a serving glass, add 30 ml of rum/brandy and lemon juice.
- Pour the hot ginger-lemon water into this and add honey as per taste. Mix and serve.
