A simple recipe to make a delightful Egg Sandwich!

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2, hard boiled

  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp

  • Onion Powder – 1/4 tsp

  • Chilli Flakes – 1/4 tsp

  • Salt and Pepper – as per taste

  • Spring Onion – 1 stalk, chopped

  • Bread Slices – 4, toasted

  • Lettuce leaves

Directions

  • Separate the egg yolk and white of the boiled eggs.
  • Mash the egg yolk. Add mayonnaise, onion powder, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and chopped spring onion green and white together into it and mix well.
  • Chop the egg white into small pieces and mix into this as well.
  • Keep a piece of lettuce leaf on a bread slice and place some of the egg mix on top of it.
  • Place the other piece of bread slice and serve.
  • Alternatively, you can assemble the sandwich and then toast the same on a pan or sandwich maker.
