Ingredients

  • For overnight soaked oats

  • Instant/Rolled Oats – ½ cup

  • Milk – ½ cup

  • Greek Yoghurt – 2 tbsp (optional)

  • Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp (optional)

  • Honey/Maple Syrup – 2 tbsp

  • For Banana Chocolate Flavour
  • Cocoa Powder – 1 tbsp

  • Walnuts – 2-3 tbsp, chopped

  • Banana – 1, sliced

  • Chia seeds, walnuts and banana slices for garnish

  • For Pina Colada Flavour
  • Pineapple Pieces – ¼ cup, diced small

  • Fresh or Desiccated Coconut – 2 tbsp

  • Vanilla Essence – ½ tsp

  • Pineapple Pieces and Coconut Slices for garnish

  • Melon/Pumpkin/Chia Seeds for garnish

  • n**For Peanut Butter and Berry Flavour
  • Peanut Butter – 2 tbsp

  • Strawberry – ¼ cup, diced small (any berry of choice)

  • Vanilla Essence – ½ tsp

  • Roasted Peanuts and berries for garnish

Directions

  • In a bowl or jar, add the oats, milk, Greek yoghurt (if using), chia seeds (if using) and honey/maple syrup and mix well.
  • Keep this refrigerated overnight till it thickens and becomes creamy.
  • This is the base recipe for overnight soaked oats, into which you can add different ingredients to flavour it as per your choice.
  • For Banana Chocolate Flavour
  • Into the prepared base recipe, add cocoa powder and mix well.
  • Transfer half of this to your serving glass or bowl.
  • Add a layer of banana slices and chopped walnuts and then add the remaining soaked oats on top of it.
  • Garnish with a few banana slices, walnuts and chia seeds and keep it refrigerated till ready to serve.
  • For Pina Colada Flavour
  • Into the prepared base recipe, add the pineapple pieces, coconut and vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Transfer this to your serving glass or bowl.
  • Top it with some fresh pineapple pieces, some coconut slices or grated/desiccated coconut and melon/pumpkin/chia seeds.
  • Keep it refrigerated till ready to serve.
  • For Peanut Butter and Berry Flavour
  • Into the prepared base recipe, add the peanut butter, strawberry pieces and vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Transfer this to your serving glass or bowl.
  • Top it with some fresh strawberries or any other berry of your choice and some roasted peanuts.
  • Keep it refrigerated till ready to serve.
