A healthy milkshake can give you the needed energy to start your day. Similarly, it is also a good option for kids when they come back from school and have to rush for an evening class. At such times, they usually do not have the time to sit down and have a filling snack. A milkshake is quick to have and gives you the required nutrients and energy to carry on with what you have to do.
Makhana or Foxnuts are known for their healthy benefits. You can make a healthy snack using them like this bowl of Chatpata Makhana made in an air-fryer or you can make a delicious sweet like this Makhane Ki Kheer. Foxnuts are quite popular during the fasting period too. Try this Makhana Milkshake next time you want to serve something healthy to your family and do not want to make it too heavy either.
Try this Makhana Milkshake recipe which does not need a lot of ingredients and can be prepared quickly. Ensure that you roast the makhanas as that adds a really nice flavour to this milkshake.
