With kids at home, there is always a demand for something to eat that is interesting. And as a mom, many a times I struggle to meet these constant demands. On one hand, they need something that they like and on the other hand, I do not want to feed them junk always. Cookies are always a great option for me – I can make a larger batch and it helps with snack options to school as well as evening snacks with their cup of milk.
This recipe for Oats, Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies ticks all the boxes for me. The addition of chocolate and cranberries gives them an interesting taste which kids love and they forget the fact that it is so healthy as well. With zero refined flour and the goodness of oats, I can definitely give this to them without any guilt.
What I love about these cookies is that they are very easy to make and is always a hit with everyone in the family!
