Ingredients
Red Apple – ½, sliced
Green Apple – ½, sliced
Orange – ½, segmented and chopped
Pomegranate Kernels – ¼ cup
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Orange Juice – 1 cup
Pineapple Juice – ½ cup
Sprite or Soda – 1 cup
Ice cubes
Mint leaves and fruit skewer for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl, add the red and green apple, orange and pomegranate. Add lemon juice to this and toss it well. In a pitcher/jug, add the orange juice, pineapple juice along with some ice and mix it well.
- Into a glass, add the mixed fruits and then add the juice mix and top it up with soda or sprite. Garnish with mint leaves and fruits and serve.
