Here is a summer-perfect beverage for you that will not only quench your thirst for a cold drink but satisfy those taste buds as well.

Ingredients

  • Thick Curd – 1.5 cups, chilled

  • Sugar – 4-6 tbsp

  • Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp

  • Ice Cubes – a few

  • Dry fruits for garnish

Directions

  • Add the curd, sugar, cardamom powder and ice cubes into your blender jar and blend well. Transfer this to the serving glasses and garnish with dry fruits and serve.
