Thick Curd – 1.5 cups, chilled
Sugar – 4-6 tbsp
Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
Ice Cubes – a few
Dry fruits for garnish
- Add the curd, sugar, cardamom powder and ice cubes into your blender jar and blend well. Transfer this to the serving glasses and garnish with dry fruits and serve.
