Ingredients
Bread Slices – 8
- For the orange layer
Carrot – 1 small, grated
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- For the white layer
Paneer – 100 gms, grated
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- For the green layer
Lettuce – a few leaves, finely chopped
Green Chutney – 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Directions
- Grate the carrots and add tomato ketchup and mayonnaise to it and keep it aside.
- Grate the paneer and add the mayonnaise to it and keep it aside.
- Chop the lettuce leaves and add the green chutney and mayonnaise to it and keep it aside.
- Take the bread slices and remove the edges if you prefer.
- On the first slice of bread, add the carrot mix and cover it with the second bread slice.
- Spread the paneer mix on top of this and place the next slice of bread on top.
- Add the lettuce mix over this and place the fourth slice of bread on this.
- Gently press the sandwich.
- Slice the sandwich diagonally.
- Repeat the same process for the next sandwich too and serve.
- This sandwich can be toasted and served too.
