One more spicy chaat recipe. Sweet corn chaat is an easy snack that you can prepare quickly or whenever you are short of time. Even bachelors can make it as it does not require any cooking expertise.

It is a delectable, spicy and tangy snack made with steamed or boiled sweet corn and spices. Not just is it quick to put together, it also makes for a healthy snacking option.

Corn Chat is a healthy snack and you can consider making it for kids or for your family. 

Ingredients

  • Sweet Corn Kernels – 1 cup, boiled

  • Melted Butter – 2 tsp

  • Onion – 1 small, finely chopped

  • Tomato – 1 small, finely chopped

  • Green Chilli – 1, finely chopped

  • Coriander Leaves – a few, chopped

  • Red Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp

  • Roasted Cumin Powder – ¼ tsp

  • Chaat Masala – ½ tsp

  • Lemon Juice – as per taste

  • Salt – ¼ tsp (adjust as per taste)

Directions

  • Into a bowl, add the sweet corn and melted butter and mix well.
  • To this, add the onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
  • Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
