Ingredients
Sweet Corn Kernels – 1 cup, boiled
Melted Butter – 2 tsp
Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
Tomato – 1 small, finely chopped
Green Chilli – 1, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – a few, chopped
Red Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – ¼ tsp
Chaat Masala – ½ tsp
Lemon Juice – as per taste
Salt – ¼ tsp (adjust as per taste)
Directions
- Into a bowl, add the sweet corn and melted butter and mix well.
- To this, add the onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
- Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
