It is delicious, packed with nutrients like protein, iron, calcium, and is great for boosting energy levels. You can also drink this milkshake during fasting or vrat seasons. This milkshake is very filling so I usually skip a meal after drinking it.

Ingredients
Cashews – 1/4 cup
Almonds – 1/4 cup
Raisins – 1/4 cup, soaked in warm water for 10 min
Dates – 10, deseeded and chopped, soaked in warm water for 10 min
Milk – 2 cups
Honey – if needed
Ice cubes – a few
Few dry fruits for garnish
Directions
- Blend together all dry fruits with 1/2 cup milk first.
- Once its ground properly, add the remaining milk and some ice cubes and blend again.
- Garnish with more dry fruits and serve
