Ingredients
Apple – 1, cored and chopped
Pear – 1, deskinned, cored and chopped
Pomegranate Kernels – ¼ cup
Ginger Juice – from a 1-inch piece
Lemon Juice – from ½ a lemon
Water – 1.5-2 cups (adjust as per consistency needed)
Arugula Microgreens – ¼ cup
Directions
- Blend together apple, pear, pomegranate kernels, ginger and lemon juice, adding enough water to blend well.
- Strain this juice and add it back to the blender along with the arugula microgreens (reserve a little for garnish). Blend it again and serve.
