A computer engineer turned entrepreneur turned food vlogger – that sums up my journey of last 20 years.
My love for cooking and passion for baking inspired me to start FoodTokWithSherin in Jan 2020. It took me 4 months from idea to execution, and when I look back, I am happy that I spent that time to think through my ideas and finally come up with a style and format that I am proud of today. I personally do not like spending long hours cooking in the kitchen. So, when I choose a recipe to try, my first check point is the ease of making the same and whether I have the ingredients available with me. And these are exactly my thoughts when I share a recipe with all of you – you should find it easy enough to be encouraged to try it out.
And just to share a little bit about myself – after living in different places that our work took us to, hubby and me finally decided to make Bangalore our home. He has been my pillar of strength and the reason FoodTokWithSherin was conceptualized in the first place. And my not-so-little “kids” have been my best critics as far as all my experiments in the kitchen are concerned. So what I share with you is what we love to have at home. My home is my office and I love to keep it that way..;)
